Delivery charges vary by location.  Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in this Site and also when you make a booking / place an order. We will endeavour to have your order fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the My Order section of your customer account or within ten working days of the date of your image selection/frame-only order purchase date, unless there are unforeseen factors beyond our reasonable control.  

We ship our goods using the An Post Express Post and International courier service. Which allows you the customer and our customer service staff to track the whereabouts of your package. We will make every effort to deliver the Products within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or extremely busy periods. We shall bear no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within the estimated timescales.  If a package has been unsuccessfully delivered for any reason (for example due to an insufficient address or no persons being home at the time of attempted delivery) the package will return to our office via the An Post sorting office, upon return we will contact you for an alternative delivery arrangement. This process can take up to 6 weeks depending on volume and the time of the year. We can take no responsibility for the timeline of return to our office via the postal service. We will endeavour to repost undelivered domestic packages free of charge only once. Any subsequent domestic repost or international reposts will incur an additional shipping charge.

Risk of loss and damage to the Products passes to you on the date when the Products are delivered. Title to any Products you order on the Site shall pass to you on delivery of the Products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for those Products. 

Delivery address and overseas deliveries:

We will deliver Products to the address you supply when ordering on the Web Site. You must provide an address where someone will be in (ie work address, neighbour, friend etc.) to accept the delivery.  We cannot accept responsibility for overseas locations within which there is no sufficient postal service available.

Overseas orders We can accept orders for photographs from most overseas addresses . Please note for all orders delivered outside the EU, Products are DDU (delivered duty unpaid). Any local charges incurred must be met by the recipient of the Products. 


Frame orders:

Frames For reasons of Health & Safety we do not post photographic frames that contain glass.  Photographic frames ordered on our website may be available for collection near our studios on the day of your graduation or alternatively, will be sent by courier within the island of Ireland for an additional charge. We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all products and accordingly, if the frame you have chosen is no longer available, we will offer a replacement frame or give you the opportunity of cancelling the order for the frame.
